The Contents of the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from the Site) use by the users of the Site. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The information on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. REDI therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability or otherwise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

REDI is shipping goods purchased from the site, only within the United States and Canada. Prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

COLORS

We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our Site contains links to other websites. If you link to another web site from our Site, you will leave our Site and these Terms and Conditions will not apply. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to bring any dispute arising under this Agreement exclusively in the State and Federal courts of the State of California in San Diego County.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by REDI. REDI may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in REDI’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if REDI for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Please note that all orders paid via Paypal will be sent to verified customers and confirmed addresses only. This is for the protection of the buyer and the seller.
We accept Visa and MasterCard licensed Debit Cards.
We do NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or lay-away plans.
For your safety and security, your billing name and address MUST match that of the credit card being used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

SALES TAX

State law requires that we collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to California.

DISCOUNTS, PROMOTION CODES AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

We will occasionally offer promotional coupon and discounts. You can redeem a promotion code, discount code or gift certificate during Checkout. Promotion codes are case sensitive. Items purchased with gift certificates will be taxed if shipped to California.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on the site. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs vary per method, destination and the total weight of the order. The total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may be cancelled in part or in full by REDI for a variety of reasons including:

• Item is no longer available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Inability to ship to address provided
• Existence of a duplicate order
• Other

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via e-mail. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be re-processed and must be re-submitted.
You cannot cancel or change your order after it has been submitted. Once you receive the item(s) you may return it or them by following the return policy below.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

• Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD).
• Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of your invoice date. All returns MUST include a copy of your invoice, and be unworn. In addition, we recommend sending your return via US Postal insured Priority mail or UPS as we are NOT responsible for lost packages.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of us receiving the returned order.

SECURE SHOPPING ONLINE

The Platforms are intended for “general audiences” and are not directed to children under the age of 13.
